Kaye Nelson-Hill
Partner | Finance Broker
With more than 25 years of experience across Corporate and Private Banking, as well as leading teams in Retail Banking for industry giants such as CBA and Westpac, Kaye Nelson-Hill has the deep analytical skills, extensive network and unique financial expertise to understand client needs on a granular level. Kaye seamlessly navigates the complexities of financing to deliver the ideal solution to them every time.
Bringing a strong focus on fostering long-term relationships with both clients and industry partners, Kaye’s authenticity and people-centric approach feeds her overall mission to leave a meaningful legacy and create lasting change by helping others achieve their financial goals each day.
Away from work, Kaye finds work/life balance on her 15ha farm property and weekend horse rides with her husband, Seamus. In 2020, she converted an old barn and dairy shed on her property into a function venue to host weddings and events –another testament to her dedication to making people happy.

Blair Polozani

With over a decade of experience in Premium and Private Banking, Blair Polozani provides confidence and optimal outcomes for both clients and business partners at Key Change Finance. Jake Hamilton
Finance Broker
After more than 10 years working as a Premium Relationship Manager with Bank of Melbourne, Jake Hamilton joined Key Change Finance in 2023 with a mission to deliver the best possible service to his clients and ensure they always get the loan they need to achieve their goals.
Twice recognised as Relationship Manager of the Year while at Bank of Melbourne, Jake’s rapport and dedication to his clients is visible in everything he does. Experienced in writing competitive loans of all types and classifications, Jake still gets inspired by the excitement he sees on every client’s face once their loan settles. For him, it’s that feeling of helping make their dreams come true that drives him to be the best possible lender.
When he’s not writing loans, Jake enjoys an active coastal lifestyle with his wife and his French Bulldog, by getting outdoors as much as possible. He’s also an avid fan of the Essendon Bombers and loves cheering on as many games as possible.

Kerry Garner
Associate Broker
With over 37 years of experience in finance banking, Kerry has held roles such as Home Finance Manager, Regional Manager, Relationship Manager and Mortgage Writer for major Australian banks like Westpac and the Bank of Melbourne.
Now, she is on a mission to support clients with complex and personalised lending solutions alongside the passionate team at Key Change Finance. There are seemingly no circumstances in which she can’t find the right finance for.
As a sought-after coach and trusted colleague, Kerry is always ready to help her team and clients. She always prioritises customer satisfaction when supporting individuals and businesses in securing mortgages, whether for new purchases, refinancing or restructuring.
Outside of her work in the finance space, Kerry enjoys spending time with her husband Brian, who recently retired from the police force. They are now planning to travel in their caravan and explore overseas destinations. Kerry is driven by taking on new challenges – which is why she has successfully organised so many innovative mortgage solutions throughout her extensive career.

Barry Westgarth
Associate
Barry Westgarth is a career Banker, with more than 40 years of experience working in Commercial, Retail and Private Banking, as well as the International and Credit segments.
His role at Key Change Finance is to support our Partners in carrying out administration tasks, such as pricing reviews, interest rate expiries, ensuring compliance documents have been loaded, RP data management and general support as needed.
In doing so, he empowers our team to focus on client fulfilment and business development to help achieve our overarching goals.
Outside of work, Barry spends his time with his wife of 40 years, Linda, as well as his 2 children and 5 grandchildren. He also volunteers as a sporting administrator and has served as President of two local cricket clubs for nearly 20 years.

Kim Donachie
Senior Associate
With over 20 years of experience across retail, private and business banking, mortgage broking and dispute resolution, Kim brings a wealth of expertise and a solutions-focused approach to Key Change Finance. Her extensive background includes pivotal roles at NAB, Bank of Melbourne, BOQ Specialist, AFCA and advisory firms EY and BlueRock, where she has successfully managed complex lending portfolios and consistently delivered high-quality outcomes for clients.
As Senior Associate, Kim supports brokers by managing end-to-end administration, research and client-service functions that keep loan files progressing and clients informed. Her role encompasses identifying retention and cross-sell opportunities, conducting loan comparisons and borrowing-capacity assessments, managing client and lender correspondence, and ensuring strict attention to detail and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Outside of work, Kim stays active by playing soccer and squash, walking her dog and running around after her nephew. She cycles to work and university and enjoys exploring new restaurants, camping and spending time with family and friends.

Liam Hill
Asset Finance Broker
Liam is a calm, approachable and solutions-focused finance professional who is passionate about helping clients find the right finance solutions to support their personal and business goals.
As an Asset Finance Broker at KC Equipt, Liam works closely with clients to understand their needs and help them navigate the finance process with confidence. Whether it’s purchasing new equipment, upgrading vehicles, investing in machinery, or securing finance to support business growth, Liam is committed to making the process simple, transparent and straightforward.
Liam also plays an important role in supporting Key Change Finance clients throughout their home loan journey. Working alongside the broader finance team, he helps clients navigate the application process, coordinate with lenders and ensure they receive the support they need from application through to settlement.
Known for his attention to detail and genuine commitment to his clients, Liam works closely with lenders, clients and industry partners to help find finance solutions suited to each individual’s circumstances.

Marcus Federico
Associate Broker
Marcus is an open and detail-oriented finance professional who takes pride in supporting clients through every step of their property journey. As an Associate Broker at Key Change Finance, he plays a vital role in ensuring smooth, accurate and timely loan processing for both residential and commercial clients.
Working closely with brokers, clients, lenders and referral partners, Marcus handles client onboarding, document collection and loan submissions with precision and care. His strong attention to detail, proactive mindset and clear communication help create a seamless experience for every client.
Motivated by the opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives, Marcus is passionate about guiding first home buyers and property investors toward their goals. With a Certificate IV and Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking, and two years of loan processing experience, he is well on his way to becoming a successful mortgage broker.
Outside of work, Marcus is outgoing, loyal and always up for a laugh. He values a strong work-life balance and enjoys staying active – whether he’s on the golf course, shooting hoops or kicking a footy. A proud family man, he cherishes quality time with loved ones and enjoys cooking – with tiramisu being his specialty.
